Maybe it was sudden. Maybe it happened over time. Now you feel exhausted and hopeless. You are confused and overwhelmed by conflicting information. You might be lost in the conventional medical system and not even know where to start. You have found the right place. The framework of my signature program is designed to create personal wellness plans for women of any age or health condition.

As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist™ with experience in a pharmacy setting, I met many people unable to feel better even when taking medications as prescribed. Often these medications left them feeling even worse.
I offer individuals nutritional support that builds resilience and provides a foundation of health on which medical treatment plans have the best chance of success. Whether you are already taking medication or not, I am entirely convinced that food makes a difference.
