AVOCADO BROWNIES
10 ingredients – 30 minutes – 12 servings
Avocados are a versatile source of healthy fat and fibre, two components of healthy digestion. Paired with raw cacao it makes a delicious, low glycemic treat for any time of day even the kids will love!
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF (177ºC). Add the avocado, eggs, vanilla, coconut sugar and ghee to a food processor or blender and mix well until combined.
- Add the almond flour, cacao powder, baking soda and sea salt. Process again until combined. Stir in the chocolate chips, reserving some to place on top.
- Line a pan with parchment paper and pour brownie batter in. Smooth the top down and sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before slicing. Enjoy!
