Peach Pecan Oat Bran

PEACH PECAN OAT BRAN

7 ingredients – 5 minutes – 1 serving

A simple, delicious breakfast you can make in minutes! Loaded with fibre and omega 3 fatty acids that support healthy digestion. Switch up the fruit throughout the season and try a variety of nuts.

Directions

  • Bring 1 cup of water to boil in a small pot.
  • Add oat bran and salt. Cook for 3 minutes.
  • Top with peaches, pecans, ground flax seeds and sweetener, if desired.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup oat bran (gluten free)
  • 1 cup water
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1/2 peach, sliced
  • 1-2 Tbsps pecans
  • 1 Tbsp flax seeds, ground
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
